隐私政策

ZenDoing（以下简称"我们"，域名 zendoing.com）是一款注重专注与长期目标的极简任务管理应用。我们理解你的数据属于你，本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用以及你的权利。

1. 我们收集的信息

1.1 账户信息

• 通过 Google OAuth 登录时，Google 会把你的 邮箱、姓名、头像 URL 回传给我们。
• 我们不会索取你 Google 账号的其他权限（例如联系人、云端硬盘、日历）。

1.2 你在应用内创建的内容

• 任务、里程碑、每日承诺、任务分类、任务提醒时间
• 工作表（Sheets Lab）内容与分享链接
• 主题配置、每日邮件偏好
• AI 聊天 / AI 摘要的输入（仅在你主动使用 AI 功能时）

1.3 技术数据

• 登录日志：登入 / 登出时间、登入方式（如 google）、经单向哈希后的 IP（前 64 位）、浏览器家族与操作系统（版本号已剥离）
• 分享链接访问日志：与上面同构的 IP 哈希 / UA 脱敏 / 不保留 Referer

1.4 订阅与计费

• 我们使用第三方支付服务商 Creem（creem.io）处理信用卡交易。我们不直接存储你的卡号、CVV 或完整账单地址。
• 我们仅在自己的数据库里保留订阅级别（free / pro）、订阅状态、有效期、Creem 的 customer_id。

2. 我们如何使用你的信息

• 提供核心任务管理功能（存取你的任务与配置）
• 身份验证、会话保持、防止滥用
• 可选的邮件提醒（仅当你在设置里主动开启）
• 可选的 AI 功能：若你提供自己的 OpenAI 兼容 API Key，请求走你的 Key 直连第三方；若未提供则使用平台默认 Key 并消耗平台免费额度
• 向 Creem 发起结账 / 管理订阅状态
• 管理员级别的匿名聚合统计（DAU、订阅转化率），不用于个性化广告

3. 谁可以访问你的数据

• 你本人——通过你的账户随时查看 / 修改 / 删除
• Supabase（托管数据库 / 鉴权 / 边缘函数 / 文件存储）
• Google（仅在 OAuth 登录时验证你的身份）
• Cloudflare R2（用于存放你上传的主题背景图片）
• Creem（处理订阅付款）
• OpenAI / 你指定的其他 AI 提供商（仅当你主动使用 AI 功能时，聊天内容与提示词会被发送过去；请参考各自的隐私政策）
• Resend（发送邮件提醒；只接收邮件地址与邮件内容）

我们不会出售你的个人数据给广告商、数据经纪商或任何第三方。

4. 数据保留

只要你的账户保持活跃，我们就会保留你的任务与配置数据。你可以在应用内主动删除任务、清空账户，或通过 [email protected] 请求删除整个账户，我们会在 30 天内完成清理。

登录与分享访问日志最多保留 90 天，之后自动删除。

5. 你的权利

• 访问：应用内直接查看你的所有数据
• 导出：通过"设置 → 导出"功能一键导出 Markdown / JSON
• 更正：直接在应用内编辑
• 删除：自行删除或联系我们
• 撤回同意：解绑 Google 账户 / 取消订阅 / 删除账户

6. Cookies 与本地存储

我们不使用追踪 Cookie。你的 Supabase 会话令牌保存在浏览器 localStorage（而非 Cookie），只用于保持登录状态。任务缓存、订阅状态缓存、主题偏好也都在 localStorage 里，不会发送到我们的服务器之外的任何地方。

7. 未成年人

本服务不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。如果你发现有未成年人未经家长同意注册了本服务，请联系我们处理。

8. 安全

• 全站 HTTPS，HSTS 启用
• 数据库级行级安全策略（RLS）确保你只能访问自己的数据
• 第三方凭证（OpenAI Key / Slack Webhook / Telegram Token / R2 Secret）通过列级授权隔离，浏览器端无法读取
• Stripe/Creem Webhook 签名校验，防止伪造

9. 政策变更

如有重大变更，我们会在应用内发布通知或发邮件给你。继续使用服务视为你接受新的政策。

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective date: April 12, 2026

ZenDoing ("we", "us", running at zendoing.com) is a minimalist, AI-assisted task manager. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What we collect

1.1 Account

• When you sign in with Google, Google returns your email, name, and profile picture URL.
• We never request additional Google scopes (contacts, Drive, Calendar, etc.).

1.2 User content

• Tasks, milestones, daily focus commits, task categories, reminders.
• Sheets Lab workbooks and any share links you create.
• Theme settings and email digest preferences.
• AI chat and AI summary inputs — only when you actively use those features.

1.3 Technical data

• Login logs: sign-in/out time, login method (e.g. google), IP stored as a truncated one-way hash (first 64 bits), browser family + OS (version numbers stripped).
• Share access logs follow the same anonymisation rules and do not store Referer.

1.4 Billing

• Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io). We do not store card numbers, CVV, or full billing addresses.
• Our database only keeps tier (free / pro), billing status, subscription expiration, and Creem customer_id.

2. How we use your data

• Provide the core task management functionality.
• Authenticate you and keep the session alive.
• Send email digests if you opted in.
• Run AI features — if you provide your own OpenAI-compatible key the request goes directly through your key; otherwise the platform default key is used and counted against your platform quota.
• Process subscription checkouts and manage billing state with Creem.
• Aggregate anonymous operational metrics for admin dashboards. We never use this for targeted advertising.

3. Who can access your data

• You — via the app at any time.
• Supabase — database, auth, edge functions, storage.
• Google — OAuth sign-in only.
• Cloudflare R2 — theme background image uploads.
• Creem — subscription billing.
• OpenAI / other AI providers you configure — only when you use AI features.
• Resend — sending email digests.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We keep your tasks and configuration as long as your account is active. You can delete tasks in-app, clear your account, or email [email protected] to request full deletion — we'll action it within 30 days.

Login and share access logs are retained for at most 90 days.

5. Your rights

• Access – view all your data inside the app.
• Export – use Settings → Export to download Markdown / JSON.
• Correct – edit directly in-app.
• Delete – in-app or by email request.
• Withdraw consent – unlink your Google account / cancel subscription / delete account.

6. Cookies and local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. Your Supabase session token lives in the browser's localStorage (not cookies) and is used only to keep you signed in. Task, subscription, and theme caches also live in localStorage and never leave your device beyond the legitimate API calls above.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has registered without parental consent, email us and we will remove the account.

8. Security

• HTTPS everywhere with HSTS.
• Database row-level security policies.
• Third-party credentials (OpenAI key / Slack webhook / Telegram token / R2 secret) are hidden from the browser by column-level grants.
• Webhook signature verification on all billing callbacks.

9. Policy updates

We'll notify you in-app or by email for any material change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
